Research suggests that collaboration is critical to growth and development, when it comes to independent school success and building a positive school culture. ACSIEC offers a Huddle Program that allows for enhanced collaboration and professional development to come to fruition for teachers and administrators.
We will be organizing these groups over the next few months and will need your help to do so. Our desire is to see the following groups begin to dialogue and add value to each other. Huddles will be offered to various groups of professionals within the school setting, including:
Huddles will be organized based on regional locations and also based on school size and scope.
Teachers from different divisions (high school, middle school, elementary school), subject areas, and across speciality areas (such as guidance, student exceptionalities, etc.) will be represented in these ongoing and organic Huddles.
Huddles will be organized to represent support personnel such as administrative assistants, technical support staff and other positions.
