ACSIEC Ontario Speech Meet

School Registration Fee: $100 + (# of students _ x $10.00)
Registration
To participate, each school must select 2 students per grade and register by Friday, February 13, 2026, and designate two adults to serve as judges. Judges may be school staff, parents, supply teachers, or retired teachers. All judges will be notified of their assigned duties.
Lunch: Students are welcome to bring their own lunch to the event. Philopateer Christian College will also provide pizza, snacks, and drinks for sale (cash only) which can be purchased on-site the day of the event.
Please note: To help ensure a smooth and focused event, we kindly ask that parents not remain at the school during the live speech meet sessions. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony if they wish (occurs approximately at 1:00pm)
CRITERIA
Two students from each grade are encouraged to participate. For students in grades 1-4, we encourage at least one participant from each grade to select the Scripture Reading category. Likewise, for students in grades 7-8, we encourage at least one participant from each grade to select the Visual Aid category.
