      THE PRESENTER

Join Dr. Derrick Mueller, Executive Director of ACSIEC, who has over 30 years of Ministry and educational experience for a dynamic presentation. This presentation aims to inspire and equip principals, boards, and teachers at Christian schools to have a lasting impact on their students’ lives. Dr. Mueller will draw from his book, “The Influence Factor,” to present a powerful model for transformational growth that can be applied to working with boards, teachers, donors, and students. This event is ideal for strategic faith planning, growth development, and team building.

      THE MODEL

The model identifies the 8 Ps - Picture, Plan, Plow, Plant, Protect, Prune, Pollinate, and Propagate. This provides a comprehensive framework and philosophy with a biblical foundation for fostering the growth of a flourishing Christian school community. Dr. Mueller believes these eight essential elements are crucial to cultivating a thriving Christian School. By embracing these foundational elements, he is confident that Christian education has the potential to serve as a beacon of hope, playing a pivotal role in preparing students to emerge as influential leaders, compassionate servants, and positive influencers in their communities for the glory of Christ.
