Westminster in search of spiritually vibrant teachers, people committed to the authority of the Scriptures and devoted to Jesus Christ. Teachers are expected to have expertise in the areas they teach (or at least an appetite to learn), and an ability to communicate effectively and elicit critical thought from a Christian worldview. Westminster's goal is not simply to produce well-informed students able to think through subjects in an articulate manner from a Christian perspective. The goal is to have each student transformed more and more into the image of Christ with their whole life.
