Cornerstone Montessori Prep School is staring a BRAND NEW high school and is seeking an experienced high school principal with excellent leadership skills and a passion for Christian education to lead it. Primary responsibilities include leading and managing the daily operations; interfacing with regulatory officials and mentoring and inspiring his/her team to teach effectively in order to help students maximize their learning potential. Skills in developing and sustaining a positive, energizing school culture are essential in order to carry out the mission and faith values of the school. The successful candidate is a positive and inspiring motivator who is an active listener as well as an innovative strategic thinker with a forward visionary approach to 21st C education
