Hours: Est. Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $19-$22/hour starting (Based on qualifications and experience)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Classroom Helper/ECE to join our team and support our dedicated Kindergarten teachers.

Position Overview: As a Kindergarten Classroom Helper, you will work under the direction of the Kindergarten teacher to assist with classroom management and instructional support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are passionate about contributing to their early education experience.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Kindergarten teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment.
● Assist with instructional activities, group activities, and individual student needs, as guided by the teacher.
● Monitor and engage with students during classroom activities and transitions.
● Provide support with classroom organization, materials preparation, and maintenance.
● Foster positive interactions and relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
● Assist with supervision during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.
● Model and communicate Christian faith to students.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary coursework in education, child development, early childhood education, a plus
● Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
● Patience, flexibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners.
● Ability to follow directions and adapt to the needs of the classroom.
